decent Stay, but with some drawbacks
faulty buttons unpleasant smell
The lift buttons were faulty. It took several tries to get one to work. The blanket had an unpleasant damp smell. I did need to ask for a toothbrush since one was not provided. I found the balcony floor dusty. It even had some hair.

an excellent hotel
helpful staff spacious suite ocean view
the staff were very helpful. they provided us with a great room. i appreciated the spaciousness of the suite. the sunsets were particularly amazing, visible directly from our ocean view suite.
the valet parking system seemed a bit disorganized. i was asked to pay rm10, yet no receipt was provided for the valet service.

the hotel provides a secure access bridge to the beach, exclusively with keycard access. i noticed the hotel also provides complimentary cookies during both check-in and check-out, a nice cute touch. the hotel grounds feature lush trees.

the staff was friendly. the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the food was delicious (especially the noodles!).
the balcony floor was a little dusty upon arrival.
